We have this hole....

Last summer a pseudo-tornado came through our backyard and destroyed the kids play set and damaged a few other things not tied down (trampoline, chairs, etc).  Fast forward to now and you would have to look around pretty hard to find evidence of last years windy day.  There is however, this 4 foot by 4 foot area of orange dirt that remains barren from where the old sandbox was.  To the kids enjoyment the grass is taking over ever so slowly, and Daddy has given them permission to "dig for treasure" there.  The excavation hole is now about 2 feet deep and about 18 inches wide and because it is the wonderful ORANGE dirt, it has a tendency to hold water rather well.  What better way to spend a warm, sunny Sunday afternoon than to fill said hole with water and make a "muddle" (as Hayden calls it) and cool off.

I'm thinking about 6 pieces of sod sounds like a good investment right about now!

people pay good money for that kind of spa/mud bath treatment!
